Forza Masters Swim Practice (with a Total Immersion flair!)
Join Brian, head coach of the Masters Practice at FORZA Fitness and Performance Club.  Brian creates a comfortable atmosphere, and develops workouts based on time spent doing an activity, rather than unreasonable expectations of distance you will swim.  His focus on technique ensures you will become a better swimmer, not just a more fit swimmer!  Free to FORZA members.  Non-members pay a $20 fee for the practice, and daily use of the facility, one of the finest fitness clubs in the Denver area!  For a limited time only, purchase 10 sessions for only $120!  And for first timers, contact Brian to get a free pass for one visit.

Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m
Fridays, 6:00 - 7:15 a.m.
