Freestyle Improvement Classes at FORZA Fitness and Performance Club
Brian Vande Krol will guide you to improvement and mastery of the Freestyle stroke in this series of group lessons.  Each session develops a Total Immersion drill, and the associated focal points. Weekly classes give you the opportunity to practice each skill before progressing to the next.  Class size will be a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 6.

Tuesday evenings, 6:00, starting September 30, 2008.

In the search to define better swimming technique, legendary swimming coach (and inspiration for Total Immersion) Bill Boomer used the term Front Quadrant Swimming to describe the timing of the arms in relation to each other. But is there more to it than that?  As TI swimmers, we focus intently on using the body to swim, not just the arms.  In recent years, Terry Laughlin, founder and chief innovator of the Total Immersion method, changed the terminology to “Patient Lead Hand”.  Read More...
Forza Masters Swim Practice (with a Total Immersion flair!)
Join Brian, head coach of the Masters Practice at FORZA Fitness and Performance Club.  Brian creates an comfortable atmosphere, and develops workouts based on time spent doing an activity, rather than unreasonable expectations of distance you will swim.  His focus on technique ensures you will become a better swimmer, not just a more fit swimmer!  Free to FORZA members.  Non-members pay a $20 fee for the practice, and daily use of the facility, one of the finest fitness clubs in the Denver area!
